MEET YOUR COACH

NAVID ALAEE

My fitness journey started in 2005 when I was a self-conscious teenager with a slender frame. Growing up amidst the era of muscular action heroes, I was inspired to join my local gym and emulate my idols

Initially, I knew little about fitness and cautiously stuck to machines, avoiding intimidating areas. As my physique developed, so did my confidence and passion for fitness. Often skipping school for workouts as the gym became my safe haven, I eventually enrolled in a fitness academy as soon as I was eligible, which profoundly shaped my life and career. I've invested years in education, attending seminars, workshops, and learning from mentors.

These formative years in my early 20's shaped me into a coach dedicated to enhancing lives through health and fitness, just as it has transformed mine. Today, I offer various methods to help individuals gain strength and confidence. My approach is flexible, tailored to each person's needs. Although I compete at an elite level in bodybuilding, I do not impose these pressures on my clients unless requested.

The photos above, In 2018, I embarked on my first prep journey, and now in 2024, I'm reigniting my passion to compete once again. It would be my pleasure to share the insights and experiences I've accumulated in fitness to help fast-track your progress. Fast forward to 2024, my dedication to the craft led me to place in four categories at the NSW and National IFBB Season C Shows.
